At Forward Health Management, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

Physical Product Refunds (Hardware):
You may request a refund for your physical hardware product within 60 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund of $1,500, the product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all included parts and accessories. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed promptly.

Digital Course Refunds:
All sales of digital courses are final. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for any of our online courses.

We encourage you to inspect your physical product upon delivery and contact us immediately with any concerns.
