Forward Health Management was created by an Engineer who understood that systems fail not because of one major breakdown, but because of small inconsistencies over time. In bariatric care, surgery changes physiology, but long-term success depends on sustained adherence. FHM was built to reinforce the behaviors that protect results: structured nutrition, movement progression, supplementation compliance, follow-up engagement, and mindset reinforcement. With over 10,000 hours of experience in fitness, coaching, corporate wellness development, and structured program design, Darrell E. Fair II has built systems centered on long-term behavioral sustainability. Forward Health Management was founded after identifying a critical gap in bariatric care, the space between surgical intervention and sustained post-operative adherence. While surgery initiates physiological change, long-term outcomes depend on structured consistency beyond the clinic. FHM was built as a behavioral reinforcement infrastructure, designed to support adherence without interfering with medical authority or clinical protocols.
